  • Unfortunetly, we do not accommodate any walk-ins. All bookings must be made directly on our website (click here) or by reaching out directly. You may find our contact information on our website as well.

  • Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 11am

  • Upon booking, we require full payment. Any additional charges or damages will be billed to your card on file after your stay.

  • We will provide a 50% refund for any cancellations, if canceled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be subject to the full cost of the reservation. Please call if you wish to cancel.

  • Our cottages are not serviced daily. Your room will be thoroughly cleaned and restocked with fresh linens and towels prior to check-in.

  • Yes. There are ample parking spaces. There is no assigned parking.

  • We do provide WiFi in our cottages, however we encourage you to disconnect and enjoy your surroundings.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside units, but is permitted outside.​ A $100 fee will be applied at the end of your stay, if there is evidence of smoking in the unit.

  • Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

  • Boat parking is offered for an additional rate of $50 a night. Please reach out to coordinate.

  • If you lose your key, please contact us at management@marinabaycottages.com. There will be a $75 replacement fee charge.

  • Old Saybrook – 11 miles (Amtrak/Shoreline East) - 17 min by car

    Mystic – 14 miles (Amtrak/Shoreline East) - 24 min by car

    New London – 5 miles (Amtrak/Shoreline East) - 15 min by car

    New Haven – 43 miles (Amtrak/Shoreline East) - 44 min by car

  • Groton/New London – 10 miles (approx 21 minutes by car)

    New Haven – 41 miles (approx 45 minutes by car)

    Hartford – 62 miles (approx 1 hour by car)

    JFK – 121 miles (approx 2 hours by car)

    Newark – 134 miles (approx 2 hour by car)

  • In order to protect the rights of all of our guests, we request that at least one guest who is checking-in must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Visitors are welcome but we ask you to be respectful and keep the noise volumes to a minimum later in the evening for our other guests.

  • Yes, we have onsite staff there 24-hours to assist, if needed.
